We do our best to ensure professional level customer service for each order. How it works? We cooperate with major logistic companies in Latvia and Europe (DHL, DPD, Venipak, HRX, Expresspasts, Latvijas Pasts) and delivery points in Latvia and Baltic (K Circle DUS, Omniva parcel machines, Pasta Stacija parcel machines). 

Our customer service agents will serve each order individually. We will select most appropriate delivery way for your order after contacting you on phone or email (according your remark when making order). We will proceed your order within 1 working days.

Delivery terms can change according suppliers special conditions and availability of ordered goods in warehouse. Delivery will be done till door of 1st floor. Delivery will be done in working days only. When receiving order, prepare your identity documents (passport, ID card).

Standart deliveries in Latvia will be done within 5-7 working days. Delivery time in other countries will be clarified when proceeding order. 

Delivery to any OMNIVA parcel machine/ delivery point in Latvia costs 3.90 EUR including VAT.

Delivery costs depend on weight of the goods, size dimensions, amount, delivery place and selected speed of delivery. 

 All costs are stated in EUR, including VAT.

Cost of Delivery of pallet order can differ due to pallet amount.
