MIG - Welding process in which an electric arc is formed between the consumable MIG wire and the workpiece metal, which heats the workpiece metal, causing them to fuse (melt and join). Together with the wire through the welding gun, the burner is supplied with a shielding gas that protects the process from atmospheric pollution. In the word MIG, the letter "I" means inert gas - a type of welding intended for welding non-ferrous metals (aluminum, stainless material).
MAG - Welding process in which an electric arc is formed between the consumable MAG wire and the workpiece metal, which heats the workpiece metal, causing them to coalesce (melt and join). Together with the wire through the welding gun, the burner is supplied with a shielding gas that protects the process from atmospheric pollution. In the word MAG, the letter "A" means active gas - the type of welding is intended for welding of base metals, ferrous or low-alloyed stainless metals (ordinary block, stainless material).
MMA - manual arc welding with coated electrodes. Popularly called "Svarka". Possibility to weld all materials (black steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, repair works of various materials and constructions, melting, restoration.
TIG - Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding is an arc welding process that uses a non-fusible tungsten electrode to weld. The welding area and the electrode are protected from oxidation or other atmospheric pollution by an inert shielding gas (argon or helium). TIG is most commonly used to weld thin stainless steels and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, magnesium and copper alloys. The TIG welding mode gives the welder more control over the welding bath, allowing for better quality seams.
TIG Pulse - A high-quality weld can be obtained with less power and less heat. The more heat, the more your material will deform from the welding process. This is especially important for plan sheet welding. The pulse function makes it easier for the user to create a uniform and reliable weld. Pulsating welding is visually appealing and creates a perfect weld look.
TIG HF - High frequency ignition allows the welder to place the tungsten electrode near the work and simply press the torch button, the welding arc will ignite. TIG HF is usually found in professional or specialized TIG welding machines, such as AC / DC TIG welders or higher level DC TIG machines.
Plasma cutting - The process of cutting electrically conductive materials through an accelerated hot plasma jet. Typical materials cut with a plasma torch are steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, although other electrically conductive materials may be cut. Plasma cutting is often used in construction, car repair and restoration, industrial construction, and scrap metal transfer points. Due to high speed and precise cutting combined with low cost, plasma cutting is widespread, from large-scale industrial CNC applications to small hobby workshops. Fully competes with gas cutting and mechanical - electric tools.
Synergy MIG / MAG - Automatic parameter setting. The device adjusts the parameter ratio automatically. It is easy for beginners to set welding parameters and obtain quality seams.
Spot - Catch stitching. Accelerates the quality of assembly of parts for quality welders.
Flux - Possibility to use powder wires. Possibility to weld with welding wire without shielding gas.
