BuildPro® engineers developed the Alpha 28 line based on customer requests and recommendations. The Alpha 28 welding table is an optimal solution for precise assembly of parts or workpieces, expand your possibilities when performing welding work. Each plate is made of low-alloy tool steel that is durable enough for use in metalworking related businesses. After surface grinding and treatment, each plate is further enhanced by the QPQ nitriding process, which improves hardness, corrosion resistance and protection against welding spatter.

Alpha 28 welding table:

Hole diameter: 28 +0.20/-0 mm

Distance between holes: 100 ± 0.05 mm

Large slope at the top for easy placement of objects. Slope at the bottom to increase the clamping force of the screws. Alpha 28 plates are rotatable and modelable. Tables are available in sizes from 1,200x1,200 mm to 3000x1500 mm.

The machined tubular frame construction of the Alpha 28 table provides improved flatness and torsional stiffness compared to plate-only frames. A rigid frame with modular plates, the Alpha 28 provides less torsion compared to welded plate constructions.
